Quick Booking Guidelines ✨ • Book with a valid card (deposit required, non-refundable). • 24-hour notice needed to reschedule. • No-call, no-shows = full service charge. • After 2 no-shows, booking privileges will be blocked. • Please book all services you need ahead of time. • If you cancel a service at the chair, you’ll still be charged for it. • All sales are final — no refunds. Cancellation Policy 📌 Deposits & Fees • A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the full deposit being forfeited. • No-call, no-shows will be charged: • 100% of your deposit PLUS a $50 no-show fee. • If the card on file cannot be charged, the fee will be added to your next visit. 📌 Deposit Transfers • Deposits may be transferred one time only in the case of an emergency. • Transferred deposits are valid for 30 days and can only be used by the original client. 📌 Booking Services • Please book all services you need in advance. • If extra time is reserved for services you scheduled and you choose not to receive them, you will still be charged for that time. 📌 Rescheduling • A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule without penalty. 📌 No-Guest Policy • Due to COVID-19 safety guidelines, no guests are allowed unless they are also being serviced. 📌 Final Sale • All deposits, fees, and transactions are non-refundable. • No refunds. 🚫 After two no-call, no-shows, you will be permanently banned from booking future appointments. ⸻ Naturally Twisted – Package Terms & Conditions 📜 1. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable • All packages, memberships, and pre-paid services are final sale. • Packages cannot be transferred to another person. 📜 2. Expiration Dates • 3-visit packages: valid for 3 months from purchase date. • Quarterly packages: valid for 4 months from purchase date. • 6-month VIP plans: valid for 6 months from purchase date. • Annual memberships: expire 12 months from purchase date. • Unused visits or services expire at the end of the term. 📜 3. Scheduling & Availability • Services must be booked through the Naturally Twisted GlossGenius booking site. • Appointments are first-come, first-served — book in advance to secure your time. 📜 4. Cancellations & No-Shows • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. • Missed appointments without notice will count as a completed package session. • Deposits and package credits are forfeited if cancellation policies are not followed. 📜 5. Add-Ons & Upgrades • Add-ons (steam, jewelry, treatments) are available at an additional cost. • Upgrades (extra length/density, advanced styling) may also incur additional fees. 📜 6. Product Inclusions • If your package includes retail products, they will be provided at the first appointment unless otherwise specified. • Substitutions may occur if a product is out of stock. 📜 7. Membership Discounts • Membership discounts (10%–15%) apply only to retail purchases during the active membership period. • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. 📜 8.
